Bylaws
Bylaws are crucial for the smooth functioning of any society. They provide a set of rules and guidelines that govern the behavior and actions of its members. Bylaws are essential for a society to operate effectively and efficiently, providing a strong foundation for its members to thrive. Lethbridge Musical Theatre embarked on a comprehensive bylaw modernization due to significant deviations from the existing bylaws. These changes were essential to align with shifting legal, social, and technological landscapes, ensuring regulatory compliance, amplifying transparency, and promoting inclusivity among its diverse membership.

These new bylaws were approved in the 2025 Annual General Meeting that took place on February 11, 2025.
